Roger has been a Real Estate Broker for the last 34 years. Roger over the years has run a successful farm and Brokerage Firm while also having a seat as a South Dakota State Representative.  Roger's knowledge and expertise is very valuable to his clients because of his depth of
knowledge in real estate, and construction of homes as well as apartments. He has made valuable relationships with reputable contractors which are a great source that he can offer to his clients.

Phelan is a South Dakota native and has been an active member of the community not only being a Chamber Ambassador, but as a member of the Huron Board of Realtors, SD Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He has been an Associate Broker for 21 years and was 2006 Huron Realtor of the year, which also means he has a great eye and lots of connections to local contractors, and landscapers. He has great instincts when it comes to selling, and as your agent, you'll have those too.  His other passions include coaching a Championship Golf team at JVCS and is a USBC Hall of Fame member as he is an avid bowler and Board of Director of the Huron United States Bowling Congress. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 22 years, his son Ryan, and his loyal dog Marley.

Dawn is a Real Estate Broker Associate who is originally from Houston, Texas and came to South Dakota to experience the comfort of a safe and close-knit community. She is a member of the Huron Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Dawn has a passion for selling houses with the utmost attention to provide each of her clients with luxury level customer service. Dawn's relationship with her clients is built on communication, dedication and transparency. She knows how to navigate this market and how to protect her clients through the process. She successfully attended and completed the Pro ED Broker Course receiving her certification. Dawn is also Project manager for the Huron Housing Authority that has many programs for homeowners and newcomers. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing and spending as much time as she can with her daughter Sophia and her son Rowan.

Elliot was born and raised in South Dakota. He has been a Real Estate Associate Broker since 2018. He attended South Dakota State University and received his Doctorate of Pharmacy. He is also a Pharmacist at Huron Regional Medical Center where he is on various committees. Elliot is the Member Services Committee Chair for the Board of Realtors.
